It has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Steve from the purchase to recently the sale of our home! When we first met Steve, we knew that we made the right decision by choosing him. He is honest, experience, patient, attentive, and hard working. These qualities are extremely important when having someone to handle a real estate deal. He made the process easy and stress free as he guided us on every step throughout. We had a setback due to the HOA; however, Steve stayed on point and followed up when needed. Overall, he went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend Steve to anyone!

We met Steve years ago when we began our home search. From the start, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home—not just making a sale. Our search took time, but Steve was always supportive, never rushed us, and was willing to show homes while pointing out details we might have missed. His insights and connections helped us make informed decisions along the way. At one point, we put in an offer on a home but did not get accepted… but when we found another property we like… Steve was the first person we called. He guided us through the process feel and make it feel seamless to move forward with confidence. Now, after a long journey, we’ve finally found the right home. We are grateful for Steve’s guidance and support. His patience and expertise made all the difference 😄

We are first time home buyers and found Steve months prior to feeling ready to buy. Despite our timeline, Steve made himself available to do preliminary open houses to explore what we wanted and get our feet wet. I felt incredibly supported the entire way and learned so much with Steve's help! He's super level-headed, doesn't rush you, and remains neutral to give you full agency in your decision while still providing informed options. Not to mention, he's got an excellent sense of humor so makes those afternoon open houses quite entertaining! Throughout the actual search process, he was incredibly patient, supportive, and available via phone, text, and email. Steve is never pushy or rushed, so I felt I had time to move at my pace and make informed decisions. He would even share things we should consider for the area, etc. and send articles. When we found out home, he sat with us for as long as we needed to strategize our bid and repair request. Immediately following the inspection, he called on several maintenance companies to give us a clear cost estimate so we could make the most informed decision. Steve is the advocate and guide you need! I hope to stay put for many years, but if we ever move, I know who to call

Loyalty

This custom presentation that I’ve shared with you is an example of the care and effort I put into each of my best clients. I recognize that real estate transactions are one of the largest financial transactions of your life and it deserves careful consideration and wise planning. In light of this, you should feel strongly that mutual respect and understanding are key components of hiring me to help you accomplish real results starting right away.

Reviewing each other’s roles and responsibilities as we embark on the next steps together is how we can decide if we are ready to move forward together.

Processes

1

Consultation

We’ll sit down together and help you determine your needs wants and goals while offering my personal industry expertise and strategies for bringing your vision to life.
Image

2

Pre-Approval

Getting pre-approved will help you know exactly what you can afford so you can confidently focus on the right homes. Plus, it shows sellers you’re serious, giving you an edge when making an offer.
Image

3

Property tours

After you have reviewed and selected which homes you want to tour, we get to go shopping! This is where you can start figuring out what you really want in your new home.
Image

4

Write offer

Once we find the home of your dreams, we'll submit an official offer - including but not limited to sale price, inspection contingencies, and closing costs. The seller then has time to accept, reject, or counter your offer.
Image

5

Under Contract or Escrow

With your offer accepted, we enter a 30-day Escrow period. This involves a neutral third party company that holds funds while conducting a thorough underwriting process to ensure all aspects of the contract are upheld properly
Image

6

Appraisal

The appraisal is ordered by your lender to protect their investment. They have their own checklist of things they look at for the final approval to move forward. The appraiser can demand repairs completed by the seller before they will give their approval.
Image

7

Inspections

Now that you've found your home we need to order the inspection. The inspection will let you know what repairs are needed, some are minor and some may be safety issues. Don't worry, you are still protected.
Image

8

Closing

Congratulations! You now own a home and can get moved in. It's time to celebrate and have your housewarming and show off your home. We will be standing by to answer any questions you may have about home-ownership and have a list of contractors if the need arises.
